The B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering program aims to provide a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles, preparing students for careers in designing, analyzing, and managing electrical systems and devices. The curriculum encompasses key areas such as circuit theory, control systems, power generation and distribution, electronics, electromagnetics, and renewable energy technologies.
By integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on laboratory experience and real-world applications, the program equips graduates with the skills necessary to innovate and solve complex engineering problems, pursue advanced studies, and contribute effectively to various industries, including power, electronics, telecommunications, and automation.

Programme Duration: 4 years (8 semesters)
Eligibility Criteria:12th minimum 45% marks for Gen/OBC and 40% for SC/ST/PWD
Lateral entry:Diploma minimum 45% marks for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST/PWD or B.Sc minimum 45% marks for Gen and 40% for SC/ST/PWD and 10+2 with Maths
Specialization : *As per Four Year Undergraduate Programme and NEP 2020 framework. It is also based upon the evaluation scheme by MMYRV.
