The Master of Arts in Yoga (MA in Yoga – Yoga Specialization) is a postgraduate program designed to provide an in-depth study of both the theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga. This program at Ramayan Vishwavidyalaya (MMYRV), Ayodhya, combines ancient Vedic knowledge with modern scientific approaches, promoting holistic health and overall well-being.
Yoga is a non-invasive and non-prescriptive therapy that helps manage various health issues through Meditation, Asanas (postures), and breathing techniques. The MA in Yoga program prepares students for thriving careers by offering a balanced curriculum of core subjects, advanced techniques, and practical training sessions.
This program not only builds a strong foundation in the philosophy and principles of Yoga but also introduces complementary sciences such as Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Psychology, Stress Management, and Health & Nutrition.
